The Pet From Ipanema

Very attentive staff. It was very obvious how much everyone there loves pets. Our puppy got very caring and professional attention. Wow! Today, after several months, everybody remembered his name and the name of his person. Wonderful experience!

BIG HUGE THANK YOU! to Maria Isabel Ramos Lencioni. This veterinarian is absolutely amazing! Besides the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable, she is also very caring and patient. We could not get on our initial flight home back to Miami because the paperwork for our mini golden doodle was not in order (which was 100% our mistake and we will never make this mistake again when flying to Rio de Janeiro lol) and therefore were moved to our flight the next day. But we needed to get our paperwork in order with a local veterinarian and only had 24 hours to do so. We called many veterinarians and most of them overcharged us ridiculously. Honestly, we would have paid because we wanted to go back home to Miami, but if they were lying about the price, we were worried what else they would be lying about? Would they even do the paperwork properly? Then we found Maria Isabel Ramos Lencioni from The Pet From Ipanema and SHE SAVED THE DAY! The patience she had was remarkable! We could not have been more grateful! That evening we were inside of the airplane and going back home! We are now back home in Miami and next time we are coming to RDJ we will be prepared! Thank you so much again Maria Isabel Ramos Lencioni! You are amazing!

Já precisei deixar meus 2 cães lá por diversos motivos, inclusive já utilizei a internação e só tenho a agradecer por todo trabalho incrível que os profissionais super capacitados desenvolvem lá. Me sinto acolhida e segura, certa de que os meus filhos de 4 patas serão muito bem tratados. Super indico e não troco de clinica de jeito nenhum.
